• Monitor and quality-check live event and linear acquisition signals across satellite, fiber and IP transport
• Route and monitor audio and video feeds across transmission and distribution paths, adjusting video, audio and closed captioning as needed
• Remotely configure and support hardware for live event acquisition, distribution and linear operations
• Troubleshoot day-to-day signal issues to keep delivery reliable, following established SOPs and workflows
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external partners on the acquisition and distribution of live feeds

Remote Surveillance Operations Manager

Managed multiple teams of remote surveillance operators for clients in retail, beverage manufacturing, construction and higher education. Oversaw several large-scale IP camera systems, and selected and implemented an AI alert-based monitoring system that reduced operator workload and let operations scale without adding headcount.

• Designed and built the Dispatch Dashboard, an internal web app that flags late and no-show guards across every When I Work schedule in real time, and grew it into the team’s operations hub: escalation protocols, a RingCentral phone log posted to Teams, Lumana camera alerts, timesheet review for payroll and war-room status screens, shipping 250+ updates in its first month
• Recruited, trained and scheduled operators for 24/7 coverage and consistent service delivery
• Developed and enforced SOPs for incident detection, escalation and reporting across client sites
• Served as primary point of contact for client accounts, adjusting monitoring protocols as site needs changed
• Coordinated with law enforcement and on-site personnel during active incidents
• Tracked response times, false-alarm rates and incident resolutions to find trends and improve process
• Evaluated and integrated new surveillance technologies and camera systems for coverage, reliability and cost
